Hotel Policies

Welcome to Days Inn by Wyndham Juan Dolio. We focus on providing a comfortable, peaceful, and efficient experience. To ensure the proper operation of the hotel and the well-being of all our guests and visitors, we kindly ask you to take into account our general policies.

These policies apply to both hotel guests and Day Pass users and are subject to operational changes based on availability.

Cancellation Policy – Restaurant (External Guests)

In order to ensure proper operational planning and avoid no-shows, the restaurant may require advance payment from external guests for group reservations of five people or more. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the amount paid will be non-refundable. If the cancellation is made within the established timeframes, the amount may be deducted from the total consumption or refunded using the same payment method. This policy does not apply to guests staying at the hotel.

Pool Use Policy

Use of the swimming pool is at the guest’s or user’s own responsibility and must comply with the established schedule. Glass containers and outside food are not permitted. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. The hotel is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use of the facilities.

Towel Use Policy – Pool Area / Day Pass

Pool towels are provided under the user’s responsibility and must be returned at the end of use. Failure to return towels will result in an additional charge. This policy applies to both hotel guests and Day Pass users.

Noise Policy and Quiet Hours

In order to guarantee a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests, the hotel establishes rules of coexistence and respect for rest.

During nighttime hours, guests are requested to maintain moderate noise levels both in rooms and common areas. Loud music, private parties, or behavior that may disturb other guests is not permitted.

The hotel reserves the right to intervene and take the necessary measures in the event of repeated non-compliance with this policy.

External Visitors in Guest Rooms Policy

For security and internal control reasons, access to guest rooms is limited exclusively to registered guests.

External visitors must be previously notified and registered at the front desk, presenting valid identification. The hotel reserves the right to authorize or deny access according to its internal protocols.

Access by external visitors outside established hours or prolonged stays without express authorization is not permitted.

Non-Smoking Policy

Days Inn by Wyndham Juan Dolio is a hotel committed to the well-being and comfort of all guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and enclosed common areas of the hotel. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional charges for deep cleaning and ventilation of the affected area.

Guests are kindly requested to respect designated smoking areas, where available.

Property Damage Policy

Any damage caused to rooms, furniture, textiles, or common areas will be the responsibility of the guest or user. The hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding cost for repair or replacement.

Lost and Found Policy

The hotel is not responsible for forgotten or lost items. Found items will be stored for a limited period of 30 days, after which the hotel may dispose of them without further liability.

Code of Conduct Policy

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the facilities. Inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the stay without the right to a refund.

Hotel Property and Security Policy

All hotel assets are the exclusive property of Days Inn by Wyndham Juan Dolio. Any improper use, theft, or unjustified loss will be considered a serious offense. The hotel has 24-hour security and video surveillance systems.

Food Safety Policy

The hotel complies with hygiene and food safety regulations. All products must display visible expiration dates and be properly stored. The use of expired products or the reuse of unsuitable food is strictly prohibited.

Sustainability Policy

The hotel promotes responsible practices such as energy efficiency, LED lighting, efficient air conditioning, responsible water use, and sustainable cleaning processes, inviting guests to collaborate during their stay.

Minors Responsibility Policy

Minors must always remain under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.

The hotel is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use of the facilities, especially in areas such as the swimming pool, hallways, elevators, and common areas.

Compliance with this policy is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
